There are too much "balanced plate standards" in the world, some examples:

eating low carbs + high fat = keto diet
only simple and organic food
25% + 25% +50% of different macronutrients
80/20 eating style
2-3 servings dairy/1-3 serv eggs/2-3 serv veggies/ 3-4 servings fruits

Wait, so which one is the one i should follow?
The answer can be, all of them.

sometimes we just get sick of the word "healthy", it is everywhere to remind us "remember not to eat something that is "bad" for you'.

urghh, " i know, mom".

We live in the world of criticism and that can be scary. every good-for-us advice has become a horror movie-like telling us we are being spied on while we are actually just satisfying our craving.
